Something in the film didn't come out the way you wanted? We'd be glad to try to help - swap a photo, try another transition or see what can be improved. You don't have to try fixes before asking for a refund.
Refund within 30 days
You can contact us within 30 days of purchase and ask for a refund under this policy. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Once the refund is approved, how soon the credit appears also depends on your card company or payment provider.

Abuse
We may decline requests that appear to be systematic abuse of the refund policy, subject to law.
