I wanted to give my own family something special - a film that would really show how my sister grew up, year after year. That first film is where the idea for the growing-up film came from: a film where the photos flow into one another as a single story, not just one picture after another.
Family and friends who saw it asked me to make one for them too, and shared their films in their family WhatsApp groups. That's when I knew I was onto something.
When I started, I was mostly thinking about the films. I never imagined how many kind words and recommendations would come my way. To this day, I answer every message myself, help choose the photos, and fine-tune every film until it's just right.
