How to do it, step by step
Wait for the film to be ready. When it is ready, the film page opens with the title "Here's your film". Watch it from start to finish, with sound, before you send it on.

The finished film page: the "Download full quality" button and sharing by WhatsApp Download in full quality. Click "Download full quality". This is the full film, with everything you chose, and it suits halls and big-screen projection. The file is large, so it is better to download it on a Wi-Fi connection.
Share with the family. Below the download, next to "Want to show the family?", click "WhatsApp" (or the share icon beside it). The link opens the film for viewing, and recipients don't need to sign in to any account.
Save to your phone. If you opened the page from your phone, there is also an option to save the film straight to your photos app, so it is always with you.
Show it on a TV or a projector. Choose one of the three ways in the table, and test it once before the real moment.
Where you are showing it How A TV with a USB port Copy the file to a USB flash drive and plug it into the TV A projector or TV, with a computer nearby Connect the computer with an HDMI cable and play the file in full screen A smart TV Connect your phone or computer to it wirelessly, if the TV supports it Keep a backup. Keep a copy of the file on your computer and in the cloud, and before an event on a USB flash drive too. That way you can carry on even if the link or the internet isn't available.
A short example
Say you are showing the film at a bar mitzvah. Download the file in full quality at home, copy it to a USB flash drive, and send a copy to the DJ as well. Give the file a short name in English, and do a run-through at the venue about half an hour before the guests arrive. You will find the full checklist in the article How to screen a video at an event.
If something doesn't work
If the file won't play on the TV, first try it on a computer to make sure the file is fine. When it plays there, the problem is probably the TV or the cable. When it doesn't play on the computer either, go back to the film page and download it again. And if something still doesn't work, you can reach us through "Contact us", and we will help.
What to avoid
- Playing from a phone directly at an event. An incoming message or a screen lock in the middle of the screening is an unnecessary failure.
- Relying only on the link. A hall sometimes has no stable internet.
- Sending the DJ the version that was compressed in a message. Send the full file.
- Forgetting to check the sound. Make sure the music comes out of the right speakers.
